Franca is the General Manager, Head of IP Department and Corporate Services at PMS & GOSHEN IP.
Franca is member of INTA and other Professional Associations. She has deep and broad expertise in intellectual property and related areas. She handles conventional and non-conventional patent, design, copyright, Nafdac, and trademark prosecutions of clients abroad and locally.
She assists in rendering advisory services on IP-related matters, particularly on all aspects of patent and trademark law, ranging from Registrations, clearance, renewals, trademark selection, Search, and Design. Franca’s clients range from manufacturers and retailers of foods, beverages, financial affairs, pharmaceutical, scientific, medical, tobacco, clothing, alcoholic beverages, natural health products, and consumer products, to insurance companies, government-funded organizations, and non-profit professional associations, packaging designs, Cosmetics & personal care etc.
Franca focuses on providing a full array of IP services to her clients and is also responsible for the overall management and development of firms together with enhancing the services provided for clients and associates towards the achievement of the company’s Vision, objectives, and strategy.

Ms Franca does not only provide Intellectual Property legal services in Nigeria but also provides services in other jurisdictions such as Sub Sahara Africa like Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Lebanon, OAPI, Zimbabwe, ARIPO etc.
